March 29, 1962 - March 18, 2026

Deborah "Debbie" Kay (Dierks) Armentrout, 63, of Omaha, NE, passed away March 18, 2026, at home. Born March 29, 1962, in Billings, SD, she cherished family, faith, and nature, especially camping, flowers, and the National Parks.

She was a business administrator for Saint James and Saint Columbkille Catholic Churches, and was proud to assist in the construction of St. James Church. She also contributed to the Nebraska Arts Council. A devout Catholic, she was a charter member of Catholic Daughters Court 2604 and had a deep devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary.

She is survived by her husband, Woodrow Armentrout; children, Nicholas Armentrout, Matthew Armentrout (Maura Trumble), Laura Swanson (Lee), and Holly Montgomery (Michael); sister, Gina Dierks; and granddaughter, Adeline Swanson.

VISITATION: Sunday, March 22, 2026, 3 to 5 p.m. with VIGIL at 5 p.m., John A. Gentleman Mortuaries, 72nd Street Chapel.

FUNERAL: Monday, March 23, 10:30 a.m., St. James Catholic Church, Omaha.  

INTERMENT: 1:30 p.m., Calvary Cemetery.
