John Mordeson, age 91, passed away peacefully at home on November 8, 2025, leaving behind many loving family and friends.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Pat; his children, John (Brigid), Mary Wade (Jim), Mike (Robert), Mark (Christy), and Maggie Robinson (Todd); his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and nephew, John Klemiato.

He is reunited in heaven with his parents, Charles and Margaret Mordeson; his sister, Rosemary Klemiato; and his granddaughters, Mary Pat and Christine Marie.

The family will host a visitation at John A. Gentleman Mortuaries, 1010 North 72nd Street, Omaha, NE, on November 25 from 6 to 7 p.m. with a vigil service to follow. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on November 26th at 10:30 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, 4710 North 90th Street, Omaha, Neb., followed by a luncheon.
